MOM FORGOT TO ADD MY POST WITH MY PICTURES

It's me, Micah!
I have just completed my second week with my family. And what a week it was!

My very favorite part of the week is when mom let me out back to do my duty and I returned to her with a dead bird in my mouth!!! That was really cool!! And so was my mom's reaction!! Mom was freaking out about the fact that the birds head was MISSING!! She figured I ate it-good guess mom! Hey mom, I'm a growing boy and need all the protein I can get!

My humans took me to my puppy socialization class twice this week!! I wonder what that means??!! Do they think I need extra socialization? Actually, I am a terrifically behaved puppy. Even the bosses at Team Canine think so. The pictures that were added to my blog show me in class.

There are also 2 pictures of me with my "cousin" Buddha. Buddha and I are the same breed of dog and come from the same breeder in NY state. Buddha's mom (T.J.) is my dog trainer/godmother. She is a walking, talking encyclopedia of everything "dog" T.J. came to the house this week to give my humans some private dog training. Didn't catch everything she said but it must have been good because when she left they were giving me chew toys covered in peanut butter!! Life is GOOD!!

Have a great week fans!! Check back soon!!

Puppy Socialization Class. My very FAVORITE

My very first blog entry!! I'm Micah, a 10 week old Shiloh shepherd.
One week ago my new family came to the airport in Buffalo NY to pick me up.
It was quite an adventure!!
My dad, brother (who is 15 and really my master) and their dog trainer were there to get me and took me back to my new home in Scottsdale, AZ.
Weather sure is different here than it was in Buffalo. I suppose I will appreciate the desert come winter time!
I have had a great first week with my new family. Though the family cat has been out of joint all week!
On Monday night I had my first puppy socialization class at Team Canine in Phoenix, AZ.
I had a blast running around with 6 other puppies.
The owners of Team Canine-Brad and Tamara Jaffe-are the dog experts who are helping my family adjust. Brad and Tina have been indispenable. Sure am thankful for them. Otherwise you never know what my loving family might be up to. They are a great family but complete novices at puppy ownership!!
Check in regularly to see how I grow!!!
